Philosophy
I believe real estate is personal long before it becomes transactional.
A home is where families grow, routines take shape, memories are made, and important financial decisions come together. Whether you are buying your first Seacoast home, selling a property filled with years of memories, relocating from out of state, or searching for the right place for your next chapter, the process deserves more than a one-size-fits-all approach.
My role is to listen carefully, communicate clearly, and help you make confident decisions from start to finish. I bring patience when the process feels emotional, strategy when the market is competitive, and steady guidance when the details matter most.
That perspective matters. Buying or selling a home here is not just about comparing properties. It is about understanding lifestyle, timing, value, community, and what will truly feel right once the papers are signed and life begins in that home.
Experience & Perspective
My path to the Seacoast began in Traverse City, Michigan, took me through the mountains of Vail, Colorado, and eventually brought me to New York City, where I earned my Series 7 and 63 licenses and built a career in the investment industry.
That background shaped the way I work today. I understand the importance of preparation, discretion, negotiation, timing, and protecting a client's best interests. Real estate is deeply personal, but it is also one of the most meaningful financial decisions many people will make. I bring both sides of that equation to every client relationship.
Before real estate, I also spent years in hospitality, where I learned that exceptional service is not about saying the right thing once. It is about communication, follow-through, attention to detail, and making people feel taken care of throughout the entire experience.
Today, I combine that service mindset with financial fluency, local knowledge, and a calm, practical approach to helping buyers and sellers move forward with confidence.
Community & Life on the Seacoast
For more than 25 years, the Seacoast has been home. It is where I raised my family, built lasting relationships, and came to understand the towns, neighborhoods, schools, beaches, back roads, and everyday details that make this area so special.
Raising children here gave me a deeper appreciation for what people are really looking for when they choose a home. It is not only the number of bedrooms, the view, or the town on the mailing address. It is the morning drive to school, the walk to the beach, the local fields and rinks, the favorite coffee shop, the neighbors, the pace of life, and the feeling that a place fits.
In my free time, I love being outside, walking, hiking, biking, and enjoying the coast and communities that make New Hampshire such a beautiful place to live. I care deeply about this area, and I care just as much about helping my clients find their place within it.
