About Chantal

From Traverse City to the Seacoast — by way of New York.

Twenty years ago I came to visit a friend, fell in love with the Portsmouth area, and never looked back. After careers built on hospitality and high-stakes finance, I found my calling helping people find the place they'll call home.

Philosophy

I've lived on the Seacoast of New Hampshire for the past 20 years, after relocating from New York City. Following years in the hospitality arena, I brought my passion for client service into real estate. The hotel industry taught me the importance of communication, follow-through, and customer satisfaction — the very things that matter most when you're buying or selling a home.

Experience & Education

Originally from Traverse City, Michigan, I graduated from Central Michigan University, then spent a few years in Vail, Colorado before settling in New York City — where I earned my Series 7 and 63 and began a career in the hedge fund business. The result is an effective combination of northern Michigan grit and New York City tenacity, all delivered with the calm and charm of the Seacoast.

Community & Personality

In my down time, I visit my three grown children and cheer on the three younger ones at their various sporting events. You'll also find me walking, hiking, and biking around our beautiful coast and state. I look forward to the opportunity of working with you on your next real estate transaction.
